Sean Conaway was a magnificent realtor. He help me sell my parents house in just a couple months. He was always available to answer any of my questions (I say always I mean always; morning afternoon night even weekends). This being my first time selling a house, he made the process simple and quick, always being clear on difficult situations. I would definitely recommend him as a realtor.

Sean Conaway is an outstanding Realtor! He's honest, professional, quite knowledgeable, tech savvy, and very hard-working. I've worked with him on 10 or 12 occasions in buying and selling homes between 2007 thru 2018. He always knows good starting price points whether I've been buying or selling. He has always provided excellent advice on when (and how much) to increase my offer in buying a home, and when to lower my asking price when selling a home. He has superb rapport with other Realtors and is a great salesman when I've been selling homes, always emphasizing the home’s positive features. Of course, he's very prompt in returning phone calls, texts, and emails. I'm proud and confident to have Sean as my Realtor!

Sean was a life saver. The previous realtor was a slug-not aggressive and lazy. Sean was the complete opposite. Top of the "go getter" list: smart, aggressive, personable and, above all, honest. From the time Sean's sign went up in our front yard to the time we closed was less than 30 days. Outstanding! He is a fine man. He WILL sell your house!
