Staci showed me multiple properties and when I decided which one was perfect for me she helped negotiate a better price. Staci was a tremendous guide through the whole transaction. It made me very comfortable through every turning point. Staci also recommended vendors for inspections and the contractors she recommended for my remodel were all fantastic. Staci’s team at The Rundall Group made the closing process very simple.

Staci probably wasn’t our best choice for a home buting experience she only showed us one house which we felt we were pretty much pushed into buying because she wanted us to make an offer after only looking at this house. We paid for an inspection however we don’t know how the house even passed an inspection it has no fire alarms, we put a radon unit in and the radon levels are high, they were supposed to fix the electrical issue but they never did and all Staci can say is use your warranty… The appliances worked for a week and we had to purchase new ones. The framing around the exterior doors and doors are currently being replaced by us, we have very bad windows that are completely rotted out and in need of replacing (currently working with contractors)… I would not recommend Staci for your home buying id find a realtor who actually cares what kind of junky house that they’re just trying to sell to make their commission. I don’t recommend buying from this lady at all unless you’re willing to spend high dollar for the house and ready to put in thousands of dollars for repairs and you just bought the house in December…unprofessional as can be.

Erin Rundall's group did an amazing job helping me find a home and become more educated in the whole process. I'm a first time home owner, and was initially quite nervous. However, we sat down and went to multiple different houses and talked about everything that could potentially cost more. I specifically worked with Staci! I would highly recommend working with her.

We worked with Staci. She helped us sell and buy our current home. She was great with responding to us with any questions, comments or concerns. She really advocated for our best interests and didn’t feel like we were just another sale for her. She was great to work with.

Michelle Wilson an agent with Rundall Group was VERY helpful with the purchase of the condo/townhome in Winterset, Iowa. She was knowledgeable and patient with everything that came up with the purchasing of this home, and was available either by text, email or phone to answer or find out any answers to any of our questions.
