LauraLee was absolutely amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable of the market and helped guide us in pricing our home appropriately. We were under contract within a couple days of our listing going public and we were thrilled with the offer we accepted. Throughout the entire process she was incredibly professional, helpful, attentive, and patient (we asked A LOT of questions). She was always very responsive, regardless of what day or time it was. Selling our home and moving away from Covington was a very emotional decision for us and since this was our first home, we were very unfamiliar with the whole process. But LauraLee made everything very easy for us and her support helped make the pain of selling a little easier to bear. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

Scott was extremely knowledgeable about local market trends and pricing, and his help throughout the listing and negotiating process was tremendous. He was always professional and responsive, and if he happened to be unavailable for some reason, an excellent member of his team stepped in and kept the process moving for us without a hitch. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to list their house for sale.

Very efficient and professional. He sold my land much quicker than expected, 7 weeks. Excellent communication and good advice. The whole transaction was done via emails since I'm residing out of State.
