Sarah was awesome to work with and went above amd beyond our expectations!!! She stood firm on our offer and was willing to do whatever it took for us not to break the bank on our first home. She was great at negotiations and was also able to get some minor work completed by the seller before our closing date. I would highly recommend her for all of your home buying needs!! Sarah has been great to work with. While buying a vintage home thousands of miles away can be very stressful, Sarah put me at ease with the whole process. She understands vintage homes. She is very customer oriented. She is more concerned with finding the right fit for her clients rather than just selling any old house to anyone. While looking at the house I wanted, Sarah would talk me through the pros and cons of each issue while asking valid questions that constructively guided my decisions without putting pressure on me. She responds quickly to emails and phone calls as well, which shows her dedication to her clients. Her personality makes her easy to work with and fun to be around. She is a problem solver, and there is no more important quality in an agent.
