Sara helped us as our buyers broker for our vacation home. We have bought quite a few homes and met quite a few realtors in the process and Sara is by far the best. She's studious , friendly , honest, and ALWAYS responds to calls, emails, texts right away. In fact we picked Sara as our broker because we originally contacted her about a year before we started looking in earnest and she kept in touch and did everything we asked of her once we were actively shopping. It was a pleasure to work with Sara. Her knowledge of the Lincoln and Woodstock real estate market is impressive. She patiently and clearly walked my wife and through the listing,showing and sales stages of the process and often anticipated our question before we asked. Sara is an expert, with intimate knowledge of Loon and the surrounding neighborhood. Sara first helped us with seasonal rentals, and went out of her way to invite us along to local events (eg Jean's Playhouse). When we decided to buy this year, we had rather explicit desires, but Sara's endless patience, and her desire to seek out properties that might be a fit, was admirable. Sara really went out of her way to assist us in our search for a perfect property.
