    Adam was a pleasure to work with. We took our time and looked at multiple homes before buying in Fort Mohave. Adam was a great listener and found the right home for us. Adam also assisted with finding high quality reasonably priced workers to help with some modifications we wanted prior to moving in. Adam has remained a great resource in the area long after the home was purchased and is always willing to point me in the right direction.

    I was actually working with Michelle not Sara but she has been nothing short of amazing and responsive, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in Bullhead. I am looking forward to working with Michelle in the near future

    Cheyanne is professional, personable and very knowledgeable. I was an out of state buyer planning on retiring to Laughlin, Nevada. She walked me through the entire process making herself available whenever I needed something. She recommended and coordinated the home warranty inspection I requested along with the termite inspection and home warranty coverage. She assisted me with HOA questions and personally took me to the HOA office. She provided and assisted me with the utilities information I requested. She made special arrangements including my final walkthrough on the weekend and assisted with moving up the closing date per my request, coordinating this with the title company. She helped with other important information and contacts such as locksmith services. She went way above and beyond and I highly recommend Cheyanne.

    This was supposed to be my realtor in February 2024 we came from out of state to meet with him and he completely ignored all of our calls and messages and emails the the day we were out there luckily we found another realtor with a different company bought a house and closed March 8th... I don't know why a realtor would blow off a cash buyer after having contact with them for 2 months knowing we set the date to view some homes we put a offer that same day! Crazy that 2 days before we got to Arizona he was responsive to emails then ghosts us.

    My property was under a sold contract but the buyer rescinded on the day of closing. My listing had expired, and after recovering from the initial shock, I decided to relist it with the same company, but asked for a more seasoned realtor. Sara stepped up, volunteered to personally handle the listing, and within a short time in a negative market, the property was sold. I can't believe my good fortune to have received such professional handling.
