Our search criteria changed a number of times and Sandy adjusted our search listings to make sure we were getting the listings in the appropriate area timely. Because of that we took a long time to find the right home. Sandy stuck with us all the way to closing on our new home.

Sandy was recommended to me by a family member and I am so happy that she was able to help my husband and I purchase our first home. She was extremely knowledgeable on the areas and associations we were looking at. She was also very helpful letting us know what was involved with the notoriously tricky VA loan we needed. Sandy was very helpful and kind but also very blunt which is 1,000% what you want from an real estate agent! Buying a home would have been so much more confusing if we hadn’t had such a knowledgeable agent showing us the ropes. The house we bought is amazing and I have Sandy to thank for that. I scoffed at the pictures online but after Sandy’s recommendation to see it in person I fell in love! Sandy was a expert negotiator and we ended up getting our home (with a new septic system and a bunch of fixes) for a great price. I would, and will recommend Sandy to anyone in the area looking to buy a home. She is a pleasure to work with!

Sandy cares about the entire proses, we had others ,our house sold for what we wanted & she helped get our new one. Sandy & the office are GREAT!!!!! It took a long time but we got what we wanted.
