We knew Sandra was just the agent for us when we first met and discussed our priorities and desires when it came to listing our home. Sandra was more than I ever expected when it came to being proactive and communicating in a very timely manner. We listed our home in Plymouth and within 24 hours We had already received multiple offers on our home all above our asking price. The neighbors said the amount of attention and traffic our home received when listed was indescribable. I would highly recommend Sandra to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We plan on working with Sandra if move back into the area and are looking into purchasing another home.

I have to say , I've had another Realtor before Sandra and as a first time buyer she was so discouraging and hopeless. I was really ready to give up! I had a bad experience and was going to forget about purchasing at the age of 60 Someone told me about Sandra Smith and promised my husband and I would want to continue purchasing. They were right! Sandra has been very professional and personable! She'd come to meet our expectations.She would always meet us very dressed and carried herself in a professional manner.Any questions we had ( being especially a first time buyer ) t she would break down and explain to us to make our experience a lot smoother. Sandra was very professional in all aspects of the sale of our home. She provided all of the information necessary for us to make the right decisions regarding pricing and showing our house. She guided us thru the sales process making the sale of our home a very smooth process.
