Sable was a joy to work with. I contracted her before I moved back to the US from Australia, and despite the time zone differences she was responsive and helpful throughout the process. We spent a few days driving all over the Shenandoah Vally. We found a place, and the purchase went through without a hitch.

I’ve known Sable for a long time and knew she would be the same competitive person as a realtor as she was in every sport. More importantly, she put up with my indecisiveness due to some life circumstances. When an opportunity opened up, we got on it quick and made the deal work. We have dealt with Sable many times in our real estate endeavors. I must say that over the years my husband and have worked with many agents but no one like Sable. Good and less than perfect in many cases. So it was very refreshing when Sable was recommended to us by a friend.
