We met Sable a number of years ago when we were looking for a agent in the Shenandoah Valley. She quickly answered every question we had and did lots of research on each property we wanted to view. It was a great experience. A few years later, we had a change of plans and decided we weren't going to build on the land. Again, Sable did an excellent job. Her listing generated lots of interest and a number of offers. She help us sort through and rank our choices, set up meeting because we were out of town and smoothed out any bumps along the way. Her five star reviews gives you an idea of what to expect and the actual experience is even better.

Sable was a joy to work with. I contracted her before I moved back to the US from Australia, and despite the time zone differences she was responsive and helpful throughout the process. We spent a few days driving all over the Shenandoah Vally. We found a place, and the purchase went through without a hitch.

I’ve known Sable for a long time and knew she would be the same competitive person as a realtor as she was in every sport. More importantly, she put up with my indecisiveness due to some life circumstances. When an opportunity opened up, we got on it quick and made the deal work.
