Stephanie was so great to work with and went above and beyond to help us find and purchase our house in Jay, Vermont. She was very patient with us through the buying process and extremely helpful every step of the way. With her help, we bought our dream home and got it for the price we were hoping for. We required a lot of assistance being that we lived 7 hours away. Anytime we needed anything, Stephanie was there for us. She never let us down. We also needed many recommendations for inspectors and contractors, since we didn’t know anyone in the area. Stephanie provided us with wonderful people to work with. We are super grateful for everything Stephanie did to help us with our home purchase, and our relationship did not end at the closing. She continues to help us with recommendations when we ask! We highly recommend working with Stephanie Lussier for buying or selling a home!

I can not say enough good things about Stephanie. I am a first time home buyer and I was working with Stephanie, she was amazing! I had a lower pre-approval purchase amount that made it difficult to find a home. That did not stop her from looking! She was always an email away and she never made me wait long, she was with me the whole way! Even though the house I'm purchasing didn't allow me to work with a realtor, she was still there for me! I recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase a home! You absolutely want this woman on your team!

Stephanie demanded that I get a prior approval to simply view a property for the first time. She made it seem like this was the seller's decision, and not her own. However, I simply contacted another agent and set up a viewing of the same property without needing a prior approval. It's clear to me that Stephanie made some kind of judgment upon me so as to decide to not work with me. Her actions have been taken incredibly personally. I would not recommend anybody work with this individual.

My experience working with Tricia was excellent. She was responsive, thoughtful, and friendly. As a first time homebuyer and veteran, I was especially thankful to have her help navigating the process; and constructing a competitive and strategic offer. Tricia's advice always felt honest and I would gladly recommend her to friends.
