Katy was a joy to work with. She was always responsive to any questions and concerns that I had. She helped me connect with a lawyer to draft the deed, etc. Katy showed understanding about my many years of connection to my property. This sale was very fast and I feel she knew how to present my cabin in many venues.

Katy Rossell is THE BEST! Seriously...I don't even know where to start. My wife and I were initially interested in a, shall we say, fixer-upper. Katy was so helpful in guiding us through that process...and helpful in getting us OUT of it when we realized that the home was covered in asbestos. We would have lost a considerable amount of money had it not been for Katy's wisdom and guidance. We went to look at one home in Littleton, NH and Katy guided us towards a home in Saint Johnsbury, VT. We are so, so thankful for her guidance! We purchased the Saint Johnsbury property and love our new home! Katy was responsive to every single email and text (and I sent a lot). She always greeted us with a smile and was so kind. Olena and I both feel like she was our friend who happened to a realtor. It was such a great experience. Katy attended all inspections and walk-throughs as well as the closing. Her patience and assistance were so comforting. Katy, "Thank You" just doesn't seem like enough! Olena and I feel so blessed for your help, wisdom, and kindness. You are the BEST!
