Julie was instrumental in selling my condo within 3 days of putting it on the market. She coordinated staging, photos and all postings/communications extremely efficiently and professionally. The process was seamless from start to finish. Julie was absolutely wonderful to work with and I won’t hesitate to call her for my future needs.

When my wife and I began the process to purchase our first home last December, we were confused and overwhelmed. It was only by chance that we got in contact with Jen and from the first meeting, she was helpful, understanding, and extremely competent. As we started to look for homes, she was there every step of the way, without exception. She answered our calls/texts as soon as she was available; she walked us through each step of the buying process and was completely understanding with all of the questions we had; and, she fought for us no matter what. I don’t think it’s fair to call her just a realtor, she was an advocate and never pushed us to do anything we weren’t comfortable doing. If you choose her to be your realtor, which I highly recommend, you will not only come out of it with a house (or a purchase of your house), but you will also make an incredible friend as well.

Julie helped us find an investment property, and she was excellent! She proactively looked for properties that matched our criteria and reached out to us periodically. Once we found the ideal house, she helped me place a strong offer. After our offer was accepted, she lined up all the professionals for us, from the inspector to the subsurface imaging company and lawyer. Every individual recommended by her had strong knowledge and a willingness to help their clients. Julie always thinks a step ahead. We are very happy with the service she offered, and I would definitely work with her again!

Jen did an outstanding job finding our first house. She’s amazing person to work with. Day or night she will answer your questions. We went through so many houses but she didn’t quite on us. She has great knowledge in her work I would definitely recommend her as my realtor.

Lisa was an excellent real estate agent for my wife and I. She showed us several houses (a couple which we loved) however due to the current interest rate market, we decided it was best to revisit the purchase of a house in 6 months when hopefully the rates have come down a bit. Lisa was nothing but professional, kind and very personable. Working in retail myself, you can’t teach someone to be able to have an easy interaction with or even be down to earth yet Lisa possesses both of those traits.
