Rick consistently went above and beyond to provide outstanding service during our home buying journey. His knowledge of the CT real estate market is unparalleled, and Rick has a excellent understanding of what it takes to successfully buy a home in the current market. He took the time to listen and understand exactly what our situation was (returning to CT but currently living out of state), and was able to work around our tight schedule. Rick was very adaptable to change and meeting our unique requirements.. To include a last minute ask of touring 5 properties three days away. Rick was great at communicating the whole time and providing us valuable guidance throughout the entire process. His expert negotiations landed us the house we really wanted even using a VA loan. He was able to negotiate with the listing agent/seller after the inspection and get a bunch of findings taken care of. Rick provided us with honest and straightforward advice. His level of integrity is a rare find in the real estate industry and we never doubted our best interests were always first. I cannot recommend Rick highly enough.
