Richard Shenault is a great realtor and is very honest and knowledgeable with his clients. He was able to find me the home I dreamed of and negotiated on my behalf to get the best price in a great neighborhood. I am new to Bristol so he could have used this to his advantage but he did not.I am in a beautiful neighborhood. He has even been able to connect me with handymen who are trustworthy. He even gave us a present for our housewarming. I would definitely recommend Richard to my family and friends. His goal is your goal...to get the best house for the lowest price. 5 stars all the way! Thank you so much Richard, you made the homebuying process so seamless and your staff is wonderful. Whenever I had a question I always received a prompt response in terms I could understand as a first time buyer.

Dawn was amazing. We mainly worked with her, but her and Richard are definitely the best in the area. They have so much experience and if you’re like us and know nothing about the home buying process, they will answer any questions you have. We would’ve been lost without them. Highly recommend you work with them if you get the chance!

I’ve worked with the Shinaults on four transactions over the last two years. Dawn helped us buy our first investment property, sell our home (in a week!), buy our forever home, and buy an additional investment property. Dawn is SO patient (she showed us a ton of properties!), very knowledgeable, down to earth & genuinely a good person. Buying/selling homes can be very personal and Dawn has truly become a friend! I would recommend the Shinaults to anyone!

He was very honest about the homes value based on his experience which was very helpful. He did a great job with scheduling viewings until we found the home we wanted.
