As a first time buyer we didn't know how long the journey going to be and what question to ask. Mercedes did a outstanding job to help us find our home and we could not imagine a better agent to help us find our home and she was very gentle with my kids and they love her. she was very knowledgeable, her negotiation skill and attention for detail were outstanding. she was very flexible and her communication skill make it the process easy. she was always there to answer our question and went above a beyond for us to the point were we almost lost the house we have now. we highly recommend her for anyone who looking for their dream home

Regan Maki has been family since the purchase of my 1st home. I have to share my truths because Regan changed my everything TWICE! I was looking for a home to purchase near my job using my VA loan for the 1st time. Regan met me on a Sunday still in church clothes smiling. The home was not to the description! Regan made One Call for the ad to come down-Period! Regan helped me find everything needed to move in! The selling agent said she didn't show "MY" house to anyone after Regan said I was the buyer! Fast forward 11years. I called Regan to discuss selling "MY" house. She said move out and consider it sold! I did! House sold! Regan made me feel like family. During my years of that home's ownership- she didn't miss "My" milestone- birthdays, holidays she emailed me, she social media happy faced me and mailed cards! She didn't buy/sell- she changed how I lived! Thank you Regan Maki, Family-Maki Team!

I cannot say enough how much I love working with Mercedes!!! In this competitive market, I was overwhelmed with the whole process but Mercedes was there every step of the way. Her immense knowledge in the geographical area I was looking at and her expertise in the industry gave me a peace of mind and even made the process enjoyable. For most of my search, I was traveling for work and could not be local. Mercedes accommodated me and was flexible to my schedule, to the point where we were having tours in the evenings! I could tell that she had a passion for her work - from being responsive to researching any and every questions I had. Thanks to her, I was able to purchase an absolutely, beautiful home for my family! Needless to say, I'll be looking to her for future buy and sell.

Mercedes is an exceptional listener. She focused on my needs and found the exact and perfect home for me! She worked hard because I needed something very specific. She scoured the listings, knocked on doors and kept me encouraged throughout the process. She is extremely responsive! She anticipated questions and kept me informed through the entire process. She stayed on top of the selling agent to ensure a smooth transaction. Mercedes is kind, patient and genuinely cared about me. It showed in her work. I was very comfortable with her. She stayed in contact post closing and has provided valuable help with non sale questions. I highly recommend Mercedes as an agent!
