We had tried to sell our home for almost a year with no luck. I’m not exaggerating, at least 50 realtors contacted us wanting to list our home after our previous contract expired. Philip and Anita stood out to us. We talked on the phone and we had a good feeling about them. They offered a 30 day trial and if we weren’t happy we could stop at anytime. We didn’t even need 30 days. They sold it so fast! They came and took amazing pictures and really advertised it. Anita is soo sweet and thoughtful. They go above and beyond. We received birthday cards in the mail and when we closed on the house we got the most thoughtful picture and binder. We are very thankful and pleased. The only negative thing I could think of is there is a $50 fee. Which we didn’t really understand since we thought the commission should cover that. However they got the house sold quickly and spent a lot of energy in the details. So in the grand scheme of things $50 doesn’t really matter. We will definitely use them again if we sell our new house!! They do amazing work and we can’t thank them enough!!

Anita did such a phenomenal job getting buyers to check our house out! We literally had multiple offers the first day they listed our home. And even after the financing fell through for the buyer we had another offer the day we put the house back on the market. Anita communicates everything very promptly and in ways that even I could understand all the legal jargon in selling a home. I could not more highly recommend Anita! She is incredible!
