We ran into a few unexpected delays from the buyer's representatives, FHA inspector and others. Pete worked through these issues efficiently and professionally. Always felt we were in good hands.

Pete was very professional. He handled my moms sale of the house like a pro. He also followed up with me and I am 1000 miles away. When issues arose he jumped right in to get a resolution quickly and without stress for my mom. I would recommend him for anyone in the Milwaukee area as a sales person

Peter Stefaniak is someone we counted on when looking for a home in Wisconsin and moving from out of state. After selling our house in California we literally only had 3-4 weeks to find a new home we loved, pack all our belongings and get them on a truck. We were stressed to the max. We have a lot of family in Wisconsin and wanted to be centrally located to everyone. All we had to do is explain this to Peter and he was on it. He placed us exactly where we needed to be. Peter sent us countless emails showing us homes that we could review prior to flying to Wisconsin. By the time we arrived in Wisconsin to physically look at homes he had found for us, we had it narrowed down to a manageable list. He knew our price range, location we desired and the type of home we wanted. He made it very easy on us, and we were extremely grateful. While looking at the homes he was instrumental in pointing out the difference in quality flooring, plumbing fixtures, and finishes that make a house valuable. His input was invaluable and we felt 100% confident in our purchase, and we knew we had the right guy on the job. Forever grateful!

Pete met with my husband and I months before we were ready to move out of a house we were renting. He sat with us and listened to what we would be looking for. He is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market and he is very honest and sincere. When we were ready to take a look at a house he set the appointment but then also recommended we see another home he was listing. He knew the home was a great fit for us and we had an accepted offer within 24 hours. Extremely happy with the house and the entire experience of working with Peter Stefaniak.
