Peter is the consummate professional. I was most impressed how he made everything easy for us. Even though we live almost 3000 miles away, there was never a time during the entire process that I wasn't able to communicate with Peter immediately. He even answered his phone on Saturday night to talk with me. Also, his office mates were very professional and responsive. We were so happy with Peter that we are considering selling another house in the state college area, and would absolutely want to work with Peter again.

Peter and his team knew what they were doing every step of the way, including the all-important setting the home's asking price in the first place. Keena, Krissy, and Alyssa were each competent, friendly, and important parts of the team. The whole team gave us the room to make our own decisions, while always being ready to give important, expert advice if we were considering doing something that would have likely been a mistake.
