I bought my home with Peter 5 years ago and recently I sold my home with him. He was really helpful and responsive during every phases. Especially during selling, he helped me understand the optional renovations of the home, and the cost effectiveness of them. Since I moved to west coast and was selling a home in east coast, he was in charge of everything and offered a lot of flexibility during the process.
