Paul represented me in buying my first home! Exclamation point because I closed today. Paul is a really great guy, a salt of the earth kind of person - and an excellent communicator. At first, making home offers felt like an emotional roller coaster, Paul helped me learn how to navigate making the right offer. He was patient, and did not rush the process. Paul is absolutely everything you want in a real estate agent. First and foremost I never doubted for a second that Paul was acting out of anything other than my best interests. It took almost 10 months for me to find and close on the perfect home, and I never got the impression Paul was trying to hurry things along or just make a sale and get it over with. Eventually I found the right house and he got me a killer deal on it. Buying a house is complicated and expensive, so I really appreciated knowing my agent absolutely had my back. Secondly, Paul knows what's up in the high desert. This means he knows which neighborhoods have good rental potential, which are in flood zones, which are overpriced, etc. He's clearly been doing this a long time, which also means he's got good relationships established with other agents, contractors, handymen, and so on. Paul's experience proved invaluable again and again throughout my search. Thirdly, Paul was great at communicating with me. Whether it was a text, phone call, or email he always made sure that I knew what was happening, and made sure I understood the consequences of any document I signed. There’s a lot of dense legalese involved with real estate contracts, so thankfully I had Paul to help translate that for me. On top of all that, Paul is just a really good guy and super easy to get along with. I’ve already been singing his praises to my friends and family, saying how thankful I was that I ended up with such a rock solid agent. I can unreservedly recommend Paul to anyone looking for a great realtor. Thanks again Paul, I couldn’t have done it without you!!

Paul just rocks. I met Paul 3+ years ago when we were looking for our home in Joshua Tree. When I met him, and even before, I was so impressed with his knowledge of the area, the culture, the kinds of places we were looking for, etc. He ended up getting us in our wonderful home in the Joshua Tree Highlands. Fast forward to Spring 2023, and work demands had us needing to sell that same home. Paul just goes above & beyond for his clients. He tells you the truth and he's also just a good human. He works tirelessly to promote you property, get the word out, do open houses, caravans, etc. Paul knows his stuff, he knows the broad area, and specifics to neighborhoods. He communicated quickly and clearly. If we ever purchase again in the area, Paul is our first choice, and we recommend him highly. -Jay R.
