Paul just rocks. I met Paul 3+ years ago when we were looking for our home in Joshua Tree. When I met him, and even before, I was so impressed with his knowledge of the area, the culture, the kinds of places we were looking for, etc. He ended up getting us in our wonderful home in the Joshua Tree Highlands. Fast forward to Spring 2023, and work demands had us needing to sell that same home. Paul just goes above & beyond for his clients. He tells you the truth and he's also just a good human. He works tirelessly to promote you property, get the word out, do open houses, caravans, etc. Paul knows his stuff, he knows the broad area, and specifics to neighborhoods. He communicated quickly and clearly. If we ever purchase again in the area, Paul is our first choice, and we recommend him highly. -Jay R.

Paul helped me snag my dream home! I first met him several years ago and was immediately impressed with his knowledge of both the real estate business and the high desert area. He offered very specific insight into things I never would have considered. For example, he drew my attention to the asbestos siding on one of the homes I toured, which saved me the hassle of having to find that out during inspection. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to balance the good with the bad. Due to a change in personal circumstances, I had to give up my initial home search. Then the real estate frenzy of the pandemic happened, but when I was ready to start looking agin, Paul and his partner Kylie were very willing to help me out. One point I want to stress is that Paul is just a cool guy and very easy to talk to. He plays in several bands and records music, which is something we bonded over. Also, he's local to Yucca Valley and knows the other realtors, so he was quick to get answers from the listing agent as well as the agent who had represented the previous seller. He was on my side when things didn't seem right and was a great negotiator. I highly recommend working with him!

Paul is an outstanding agent. I would recommend him to anyone, looking to buy or sell. Paul is methodical in his approach. He does his homework about the market and knows exactly what is going on, locally. He is excellent communicator, especially as a listener. He goes the extra mile for his clients. Whether you are looking for a Real Estate Agent or friend, Paul is the answer.

We recently worked with Paul to sell our copper hills home. Paul is an amazing guy to work with. He is very knowledgeable and has a keen ability to balance his clients needs, with the realities of the current market. He is a master of social media marketing, and steps outside the box to inventivly promote his listings. Paul goes above and beyond the call of duty, and approaches it all with patience and a smile. I can not thank or recommend Paul enough for his hard work in selling our home.

We bought and sold two houses with Paul and we had great experience. Paul is for sure one of the best agents in the area. What I really love about him is that he is more like a friend than an agent. He really cares about his customers and he prioritize the clients need and benefits. Paul is very experienced and knowledgeable. He is great with dealing with complicated situations and has helped us solve issues easily, fast and efficiently.
