This is not my first experience purchasing a home, but it was definitely the easiest. Kyle Carrothers with Allison Real Estate - EXP Realty helped make the process a breeze. Because of him, I learned more about transaction procedures, inspections, appraisals, etc., this time than I did with my other house purchases. Kyle is ready, willing, and able to chat or text about any questions or concerns any time, and he explains things without overly technical jargon. He definitely had my best interest in mind throughout, plus he's got a great sense of humor, so he is effortless to work with.

?As out of state buyers we were very happy with our experience with Jonathan. He met with us on very short notice to show a couple of houses. Then worked with us for a couple of months to find the right house. He put together many houses for us to see. He was with us every step of the way during our purchase and has remained very helpful after closing. I highly recommend Jonathan.

Karolina has been an amazing and extremely helpful person to us. Although we did not end up buying in the are, she helped us out immensely and is extremely responsive. I would highly recommend working with her as she has a wonderful personality and is great at what she does.
