We had a lovely and smooth experience working with our agent, Steve Williams, on my first real estate purchase. From start to finish, Steve was prompt, reliable, friendly, and always in good spirits. He showed us multiple properties in Tahoe both in person and over video chat when a new place would pop up in the market that fit our criteria. We really felt he understood what we were looking for and could send him in our place to evaluate a listing when time was of the essence and could spare us a long drive. Steve communicated with us throughout the process and kept a good line open with the seller's agent as well. Steve knew the area well and was able to connect us with many local services we needed, which we appreciated warm referrals to. Overall, I highly recommend Steve WIlliams for your real estate needs - he was a pleasure to work with and we're so excited with our new purchase!

Brad was awesome. I had some hiccups along the way with the loan, but Brad was able to get an extension so it ended up working out great! He's able to come up with creative solutions to keep a transaction together

Travis is a hard realtor to work with. He backs out of contracts and does not care what is written on the contract. Had to deal with legal over a contract. He does things that are not approved and is really shady when it comes to closing houses
