Patti is amazing! Getting my house ready to sell on my own seemed like an insurmountable task. She and her family helped me so much! And the house looks great! Patti responds quickly and she always has the answers. And after a week of being on the market we already have an offer! The Smartt Team helped us a lot to look at homes, but we didn't find a house that we liked. So they helped build a house to what we liked and gave us help finding a lot and suggestions.
