Robert was amazing. This was a sale complicated by some permit issues. Robert was knowledgeable and effectively guided me through the bureaucracy. Admittedly I was in tears more than once and Robert was so supportive, listening to my fears and concerns, successfully spearheading resolutions and is primarily responsible for seeing the sale of my property through to closing. I am so very happy in my new home close to my daughter and grandchildren, all of which I am convinced would not have happened without Robert as my agent. Paula was open to travelling to and looking at homes in a wide area. She met us at every appointment in several towns with the needed information we were specifically looking for. Paula was patient and easy to deal with. She had a nice demeanor. She stayed on top of the house we made an offer on and which included overcoming issues with the sellers and their title company. We highly recommend her.

Met Josue at a outdoor event in Hesperia. He came up to me with an open house flyer and he was very friendly and easy to talk to. I was interested in selling my home in the future, and he contacted me 2 weeks later. I decided to go with him because he was friendly. He found out how much my house was worth and he got professional pictures done on the house that really impressed me. That helped sell the home! Since the house was priced right, we got so much attention right away. Josue never left me without an answer, he is very communicative and I appreciate that. He made the process of selling my house enjoyable with no issues. I recommend Josue to anyone buying or selling.
