Took great pride and went to work for us and made it very easy for us. House was listed and under contract in a very short period of time. She did alot of the leg work and guided us and answers any questions we had along the way. Was very easy to work with.

Following a decision to sell a home in Barnegat Light, I was very fortunate to have selected Noreen Callahan and her Berkshire Hathaway team as our realtor. My initial meeting with Noreen was very informative…and productive. From the start, it was obvious see she enjoys her role as a realtor and in representing her clients. Even though her experience level and performance metrics were impressive, it was her professionalism, knowledge of the local market and communication skills which made it an easy decision to choose her team to represent us. Noreen is personable and was very easy to deal with. Throughout the sale process, she remained engaged and accessible. Her follow-up and responsiveness in returning calls, texts or emails was unparalleled. As a result of her efforts, multiple offers were received within the first three weeks and the home was sold for the initial asking price within a reasonable time-frame. By far, Noreen was the best realtor I have worked with and would highly recommend her.

We purchased our home in Loveladies with Noreen's help back in the late 1990s, and recently sold the lot it had been situated on through her as well. Noreen is extremely personable, cooperative, and efficient. She found a lawyer on LBI to represent us, and handled everything with poise and confidence! We would highly recommend Noreen to anyone looking to rent , buy or sell a home. She is very patient and does not pressure the client. Noreen isn't happy until the client is satisfied!!
