    Our family lived in the Beaver Valley, PA area for 5 ½ years and were moving due to a job relocation. We loved the beauty of our neighborhood, the quaint neighborhood, and the kind neighbors. When vetting realtors to use; identifying someone who understood the market, the amenities of our home, and the value of our home based on the market and location were very important. We landed on Nick Supik due to his professionalism, our ability to connect on a personal level and, our feeling, that his market analysis was more accurate for our home. We sold our home so quickly that we did not really have a chance to see the marketing prowess of Century 21; but what I appreciated most about Nick was his ability to identify a list price that valued our home and proved to be very appealing to potential buyers. If you are selling your home; identify someone who can help you understand the market, give you ideas to prepare your home for listing; then give you the best tools to achieve that sale. Also, prepare the home, de-clutter (even if you have to rent and move things to a temporary storage unit….less is more) and make it shine. Updates/remodeled living areas/kitchens and baths can really give a buyer a ‘new home’ feel and can pay off in the end; if your realtor understands the added value these updates bring and understands whether these are what buyers want in a ‘new’, yet old, home.
