Nick and his team were responsible for the remodel of my 100 year old beach cottage before I purchased it from him. First and foremost, the design concept was professional and transformed the home into the envy of the neighborhood. I can tell he treated the flip as if it was his own home that he would have his own family in based on all the upgrades and design choices - both what you could see and also on the things you could not. The infrastructure was upgraded significantly and the home inspector called it top 5 beach cottages from the era he has ever seen, out of hundreds. The home inspection did come up with some minor fixes and suggestions. I only asked for a few touch ups before the purchase since he had a contractor still in there finishing it up. Nick got a copy of the report and took care of dozens of items that were mere suggested improvements, showcasing his care for his product. Months later a piece of the flooring separated, likely due to the extreme cold weather. He followed up with me and asked how everything was and when he heard of that only issue I experienced he offered to send his contractor over to fix it without any obligation to do so. Nick is the kind of business person you dream to have on the other side of your life's largest purchase. 5 stars aren't enough!

Nick gets it done. Nick and his crew brought their A-game to help me sell a home when I needed to leave the state for a new job. Every one of the professionals Nick brought in, from painters to the photographer, were reasonably priced and performed beyond my expectations. He also guided me in the decision making process when the initial buyer fell through and the house went back on the market. Made well over asking price thanks to Nick.

We couldn't have been more pleased with Nick and the entire team. We hired Nick to represent us in selling our mother's home after she passed. It was an extremely difficult process because, we moved from the DMV to Minnesota and the contractor we hired to gut and renovate the home was not cooperative with us and defaulted on his contract causing 9 months in delays. Nick went out of his way to communicate with the contractor even though it was not his responsibility. He went by the house for us and took pictures of progress, and made time for us in his schedule when we visited every couple of months to check on the delays. At one point, when we were at 95% completion and put the home on the market, he vetted the many offers we received and negotiated a terrific sale. His advice was extremely insightful since we were not familiar with the market. Unfortunately, the contractor kept making promises on delivery of the completed project, that did not come to fruition until months later. The buyers were extremely patient as they really wanted the home; however, their agent was not. She was unprofessional and caustic. She sent dozens of emails, texts and made multiple phone calls each day trying to bully us into closing even though we had no control. Nick's patience and professionalism prevailed. He answered her inquiries with kindness, the utmost professionalism and included any documentation she requested from the inspectors, state contractor licensing board and the contractor to ensure she understood the delay in closing was not on our end and to keep her up-to-date at all times... even though it was never enough for her. If you are looking for someone who understand the market, makes informed suggestions on your sale or purchase, and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure the smoothest transaction as possible, this is your team and Nick is your guy.

Nick and his entire team were wonderful to work with and provided impeccable service. I was able to quickly sell my home and purchase a new one within a few days of each other. Upon meeting Nick, I could tell that he and his team possessed a great deal of integrity and I knew I could trust them to look out for my best interest during this process. I have already shared their contact information with a close friend of mine who is about to begin her house-hunting activities.

Nick did a great job quickly getting my house on the market and sold for the price I was looking to receive. He quickly responded to calls and texts to answer any and all questions I had along the way. Him and his team made the house selling experience stress-free and I would highly recommend them when it's time to sell your home.
