Nick is awesome! He knows the area very well. Once we found what I was looking for every house had just that. He looked for new houses on the market daily and always communicated which house we should go for.

Nick went thru a lot of extra expenses to himself to make sure of the sale. He helped find people to do repairs to match the lender's requirements, and got me thru the process.
