Neli was instrumental in the successful purchase of our current home, the sell of our previous home, and the sell of my deceased mother's home. Her professionalism and knowledge of the market as well as the necessary details of completing these transactions was above and beyond my expectations. Neli did a wonderful job getting our property sold. We are out of state and had never seen the property. She helped us find a local to help clean it and get it ready to sell, and then another local to keep it mowed and looking pretty. Everything was completed online and it was so easy! Definitely recommend.

I just closed on a home I was selling in Rockport, Tx. I enlisted Neli in the first part of January to sell my house. I actually bought this same home with her assistance less than two years ago. I love her enthusiasm and energy but mostly her skill in realty. She is aggressive and motivated when it comes to pleasing her customers. She had an open house days after I signed on with her. From that one open house we had three offers and quickly moved forward to closing. I literally did nothing and worried about nothing. I would giggle from time to time when I thought back to my flashing idea of selling my house on my own. Never gonna happen. I would highly recommend Neli Spurrel when anyone is looking to purchase or sell a property in this coastal area. My experience was more than pleasant, it was a lifesaving event.
