Our house was was listed Thursday evening and by Friday morning we had a full day of showings. We could not have asked for a better realtor and more importantly could not have done this without MJ's expertise. It's easy to find a realtor in the Austin surrounding area but it is not easy to find a realtor who actually takes the time to make sure everything is done correctly. We (at the time) had an 11 month old and due to the pandemic we required strict showings and limited availability. MJ took care of it all, wiped everything down after showings and made sure everyone's safety was a priority. I am lucky to have my mother as our realtor but her reputation speaks for itself. Our house had a full offer Monday afternoon and we are grateful for a smooth sale. If you want a realtor who will actually work for you and actually care, then MJ is exactly who you want. Have an enjoyable buying/selling experience with someone who loves being a realtor and loves taking care of others.

I've worked with MJ to sell 2 homes, and I could not be more thrilled. In the past I've worked with a little over half a dozen other realtors, and I was never happy enough to have wanted to work with them again. Slow response times, ineffective negotiation abilities, weak knowledge of local housing trends/pricing...not with MJ! Add to that, she was very hands on an engaged with the staging process of our home. She came an hour and a half ahead of pictures to ensure every little detail was perfect - towels in the bathrooms folded perfectly, comforters on beds position just right, with the corners pinned for a crisp look - I couldn't have been more impressed! I was only in my last home for a little over a year, so I had pretty recent knowledge of the real estate market in the area. Based on her analysis she priced my home 20k higher than I thought we'd end up listing for, and about 40k higher than I expected to get. Within a week we had multiple offers. She did have a few realtors question her pricing stating it was too high, with offers that came in 50k less than asking - she backed up her list price with data, and both offers came up to asking price, and we had our pick of buyers. Definitely not a common occurrence in the Leander area, especially in our price point. Do yourself a favor...if you're selling, or buying, CALL HER! Interview her, and you'll get it. I only wish we could have worked with her again when we moved out of state!

Little did we know when we signed with MJ Olsen, that she had served as President of the Rockport Association of Realtors or that she was soon to receive International-level recognition for being within the top 12% of producers with Coldwell Banker … internationally. Wow! As sellers, we had called a realtor referral service their referral criteria being volume of sales and price range of properties sold. MJ Olsen called within 20 minutes and that, from the very beginning, spoke volumes promising rapid communication and a realtor who was on top of her game. And her on-line stats were impressive with many current listings and sales. During that first telephone interview, MJ viewed the on-line photos of our staged home and was already working in making great staging suggestions. She was already working for us! We had interviewed 2 other realtors known for sales in our canal subdivision, however, MJ stood out for so many reasons. From the beginning we knew we had someone in our corner. Within 2 days she had put the final touches on staging and her photographer captured beautiful sunset views of our lit waterfront home. His work made our home a stand-out in the on-line listings. We had many, many clicks. The MLSs to which MJ subscribes is wider than many as she subscribes not only to the Rockport and Corpus Christi MLS, but also the Houston MLS which provides Data-Co-op. What great exposure! We had a steady flow of showings of both pre-approved and cash buyers, several offers, and someone who knew how to negotiate down to the fine points of our final offer and closing. The sale of our home was complicated by many factors that ran the gamut to include Hurricane Harvey. MJ was always there negotiating the waters on our behalf. MJ is not a part-time realtor nor a full-time realtor, MJ works time and a half and was always very responsive and available. And so if you are looking for someone you can trust and rely on, who will bring a sense of calm and reason, look no further. MJ will always serve your needs in a caring, knowledgeable and professional manner.

She is the BEST! She will not let you down....she stood by me thru An exhaustive home sale...Deni bibby she was prompt in answering all questions.....and she was very supportive.

MJ helped several of my friends sell their homes and got them sold quicker than any other realtor. When I decided to sell my home I wanted the best so I chose MJ. She was always great and right there any time I needed her for the whole process. She is great at marketing and goes the extra mile to advertise everywhere she can.
