I had a once in a lifetime opportunity to buy a large plot of vacant land next door to a family friend. I didn't even know where to start... I am so glad I found Mike Cave. He came up in my search as one of the top Realtors specializing in land sales, and now I know why. I called him up, explained my situation, and he carefully guided me through all of the intricacies of the process - from getting prequalified, to making the offer and negotiating, he got us through it. Then came the hard part when we had to sell our current home. The timing of the market was less than ideal, but Mike was our rock, keeping us grounded and guiding us with precision through each phase. I had so many questions and concerns and Mike never made me feel like a bother, he truly was invested in taking care of us each step of the way until we got our house sold. We could not have achieved our dream without Mike's help. Thank you, Mike Cave!!!

Working with Mike has been one of the best real estate experiences we have had. He communicated with us in a timely and thorough way. His knowledge and expertise of the area and market served everyone involved in a positive way. He works with a team of people who are all at the same level. Our transactions went smoothly and quick. Working with him was a no nonsense and common sense and refreshing. We would choose to work with Mike again and would highly recommend him to anyone with needs in his area.

Rude, uncaring, sarcastic. He stated "We're not tour guides for vacant land in AZ". Of course I didn't want a "tour guide" but I did need a helpful, respectful real estate agent which Mike is not. Not willing to come to the land I wanted to buy, no plot of the land, didn't know where the actuals corners were, told me if I wanted that information I would have to pay a surveyor. Basically didn't care if I or the owner had a good experience. Not someone I would trust to do business with.

Poor service, not the friendly type, and never called me back after our phone conversation. I was inquiring for information on land that my husband and I were interested in purchasing, and was told that I would get a call back.

Mike is an awesome realtor to work with. His knowledge of the valley housing market is the best. He is not only very knowledgeable and fun to work with. Looking for a house can be exhausting and frustrating, Mike makes it easy and fun.
