My husband and I bought a house outside of town. Katrina was very prompt with all the showings, paperwork, bank. We had a very fast closing, due to her working so hard to help us get everything organized. I would recommend her for any property, to buy or sell.

It's been a great experience buying my home with Katrina's help. We had a seller's agent who seemed to be somewhat lacking in enthusiasm regarding a VA sale, but Katrina got him to come around. The sellers were a bit non-committal as well, but Katrina worked through their agent to make it happen for me. Yaaaaaaay! I've had a great home-buying experience, and considering the obstacles in our way at the start, as well as the offer already on the table from another prospective buyer, Katrina is responsible for me getting the dream home I'd been searching so long for. You bet I'll be recommending her!

Katrina was awesome for us! She handled everything for us all the way through closing on the home. She is easy to talk to, very laid back, and professional. I would highly reccomend her to anyone who is looking for a property in Southeast Missouri. Trust me she won't let you down and you will be more than happy.

She was a HUGE help. When I say that I am new to the real estate world, I mean NEW. She answered each of my never ending questions without complaining one time. She had the answer to each question I threw at her. She also knew who to call for each situation. She made it easy walking me through each step. I HIGHLY recommend using Katrina. Especially if you are new to buying!
