Melissa and LaTanya are the best real estate agents in the Western suburbs, hands down. LaTanya will be your trusted partner in reviewing potential homes and will point out to you the potential issues and benefits of a home way before you even get to the inspection phase. Melissa works with sellers to ensure your home is presented and marketed well, and her contacts are the best in the industry. Melissa might be one of the most connected people I've ever met. The way she works with other agents is incredible, and her contacts from the trades are always super friendly and helpful. We have now bought two homes and sold two houses with Melissa and LaTanya and will never even think of using another realtor.

Melissa and her team are AMAZING!!!! They have gone above and beyond walking alongside our church in the selling of our building and parsonage. Their communication is excellent, they are extremely personable and accommodating, they are transparent and they have held our hand throughout the whole process. They even helped my family with our relocation out of the parsonage to find a new house. They have made what could have been a stressful situation into one that put us at ease with their kindness, assurance and expertise. I would definitely recommend them! Melissa Garcia and her team(husband Jose) did an awesome job. I would give her 10 stars if it was an option. This is not the first time we have used her, and recommend her whenever we can. We had already relocated to another state so she was our “boots on the ground”, so to speak. It was a fairly unique property to sell, and she pulled out all the stops, and got the job done. I consider her more than my realtor……she’s a caring family friend …..whose friendship has been developed as a result of the experiences we have had over the years with her being our real estate agent

Melissa was not only professional but treated us as family and friend….goes above and beyond for her clients. I would recommend her and have to anyone looking for an agent because she is not just that and you will have a friend for life.
