Melissa easily got the job of selling our home due to her vast knowledge of the Freehold Township market along with a data driven, realistic assessment of the value of our home. Her strategy paid off as we had 9 offers (8 over ask) after 4 days on the market. Throughout the process Melissa was available, attentive and consistently pushing the process forward, always taking our needs into consideration. The media support behind the listing was exceptional. Basically, Melissa did all the things one would expect from a seasoned and professional realtor while also being genuine and working for us until the deal was done. Melissa would be an asset to anyone looking to sell or buy a home in Monmouth County.

Melissa did a great job as our selling agent. Her marketing of the property included great photos, drone footage, and even a video of her introducing the house. We were working on a tight timeline and she got it done even as we hit some snags in the negotiation process. I would definitely recommend Melissa as a seller's agent.

Melissa DeSantis is a one-of-a-kind realtor. She made an unfamiliar and at times emotional selling process feel seamless. Her knowledge of the current market made for a quick sale of our home at a great price. Melissa’s use of technology and social media when marketing our home undoubtably increased its exposure. Aside from being extremely professional and savvy, Melissa is equally down to earth and truly an advocate for her clients. She was available to us every step of the way and we felt 100% comfortable turning to her for any advice. We utilized several of her recommendations for other professionals and they all exceeded our expectations. Melissa always makes you feel like you are her #1 priority while in the background she is managing a successful business and family. Selling while already being relocated out of state added another level of difficulty to the experience, but Melissa took care of anything local and went out of her way to make us feel like our home was well taken care of. Melissa was an absolute pleasure to work with! She helped us buy our dream home which we thought was impossible to find and she also sold our old house in a matter of days with multiple above asking offers! She is extremely knowledgeable of the current housing market and her professionalism and kindness made the entire process so easy. We highly recommend her!

Melissa was top notch to work with. She is professional, personable, responsive and knowledgeable. I had a terrible experience with the agent I purchased my house with- Melissa made selling it as easy as it could be. She has many professional relationships and understands the value in creating a relationship with the buyer's agent. We listed my house as the market was softening. She walked my house with me to help stage it for pictures and showings- I had 20 something showings in just a few days and multiple full price offers. Melissa is an excellent agent! Highly recommend working with her!!
