This was the third transaction we have done with Melissa. Melissa is truly a tremendous asset when buying or selling a home. The sale of our home this time was far from smooth. This was no fault of Melissa! In fact, Melissa had to take the lead on our transaction as well as our buyers sale. Yes it sounds crazy, but this was the only way to get it done. If you want an agent that is willing to listen to your input, give great advice and then market the house like a pro, you should hire Melissa. Melissa was extremely instrumental in selling our home in Freehold last yr. in December. She was very knowledgeable in setting the price and our offer which we accepted was perfect. Melissa DeSantis recently helped sell our home in Freehold. My husband and I relocated across the country, and left our brand new home solely in Melissa’s extremely capable hands. This was the sixth home that we have sold. I can honestly say that not only is she New Jersey’s BEST, she is America’s BEST. Melissa is personable, knowledgeable, and hard working. She was available each and every time we needed her help. During the sale of our Freehold home, the buyers agent continually dropped the ball, no client commitment at all. Melissa was an outstanding broker in selling our parents estate. She brings a personalized touch, operates with extreme professionalism and kindness, and brought data to inform our pricing strategy which ultimately resulted in 5+ offers. We are based in Seattle and she was incredibly helpful in managing all of the professionals to get our home ready to list and through closing, seamlessly. She made a super painful process incredibly simple and easy - we had multiple offers and she was organized in laying out the pros and cons of each offer.
