Melissa DeSantis recently helped sell our home in Freehold. My husband and I relocated across the country, and left our brand new home solely in Melissa’s extremely capable hands. This was the sixth home that we have sold. I can honestly say that not only is she New Jersey’s BEST, she is America’s BEST. Melissa is personable, knowledgeable, and hard working. She was available each and every time we needed her help. During the sale of our Freehold home, the buyers agent continually dropped the ball, no client commitment at all. Melissa was an outstanding broker in selling our parents estate. She brings a personalized touch, operates with extreme professionalism and kindness, and brought data to inform our pricing strategy which ultimately resulted in 5+ offers. We are based in Seattle and she was incredibly helpful in managing all of the professionals to get our home ready to list and through closing, seamlessly. She made a super painful process incredibly simple and easy - we had multiple offers and she was organized in laying out the pros and cons of each offer. Melissa easily got the job of selling our home due to her vast knowledge of the Freehold Township market along with a data driven, realistic assessment of the value of our home. Her strategy paid off as we had 9 offers (8 over ask) after 4 days on the market. Throughout the process Melissa was available, attentive and consistently pushing the process forward, always taking our needs into consideration. The media support behind the listing was exceptional. Basically, Melissa did all the things one would expect from a seasoned and professional realtor while also being genuine and working for us until the deal was done.
