Sydnee did an amazing job assisting us in finding our first home! she made the entire process feel so seamless. if a house we wanted to look at sold, she found another identical for us to look at. she was always willing to be flexible with timing, quick with communication and if we had a question and she wasn’t sure — she always found out quickly. our 8 month old also LOVED her (which is rare). if we were to do it all again, there is no doubt we would reach out to Sydnee in a heartbeat!

Matt worked diligently with settling the estate for my sister along with a local attorney ... he was immediately responsive to any of my questions and handled all the details in a professional manner ... he also helped sell my sister's car ..... I could not have been more impressed with how he helped me during a very difficult time ... I live out of state and Matt made sure all of the issues handling the estate were done in a timely manner ... I can honestly recommend Matt for any real estate issues you have .. I would give him more than the 5 star rating if I could .... he is remarkable .... communication was exceptional ... what a guy ....

Sydnee is the best. We were stressed and trying to sell our home FAST. Sydnee made it happen in the blink of an eye. I loved working with Sydnee because she has so many connections with the community and knows exactly what she is doing. I would happily use Sydnee as my realtor again.

There aren’t enough words to describe how incredible Sydnee is! She took on a task when selling our home and while it’s always a stressful situation to sell a home as the sellers, we truly couldn’t have done it without her. She answered every question (at any time), kept us in the loop and went above and beyond for us over the holidays. Our unique situation did not deter her and she was honest, positive, reliable, fast to respond and so incredibly trustworthy! I really enjoyed getting to know her throughout the process and would recommend her to anyone in the Des Moines area looking for a sweet, personable and caring realtor who will most definitely become a friend by the end of whatever buying/selling process you’re going through!
