If you are moving to the Des Moines area or surrounding communities, we honestly couldn’t recommend a relator more highly than Sydnee. She is simply the best! My husband and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her! From the very beginning, she was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and positive. She helped us find the perfect home and made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. What we appreciated most was how upfront and transparent she was. She made sure we had all the information we needed so we felt prepared for anything. When we did run into an unexpected issue, she didn’t hesitate or get flustered. She calmly guided us through the situation, explained our options clearly, and helped us respond in a way that led to the best possible outcome. Sydnee made what can often be a stressful experience feel easy and even fun. She kept our spirits up, truly listened to our needs, and always took the time to explain the “why” behind every step. We always felt comfortable being honest with her, and she made sure we felt heard and supported throughout the entire journey. In the end, we got the home we wanted thanks to Sydnee and her amazing team, and we couldn’t be more grateful! :)

Sydnee was incredible help from the very beginning of this process. We had spent time with a different realtor that didn't meet our needs, and when we explained what we were looking for with Sydnee, she understood immediately. She was very hands-on and guided us as first-time home builders, really helping us understand what we were looking for. Once we found the house of our dreams, she walked through everything with us and made it seamless and easy to understand. She is an incredible realtor and incredible person and I'd recommend her to anyone.

Sydnee is a friend of mine from our years at UNI, and I knew from the moment we started thinking about buying a house, we should reach out to her. She is the kindest soul, and truly has the best interest at heart for her clients, regardless if friends or not. She was all about our timeline, not hers. She was ready to move as fast as we wanted, and she did. We saw 15 houses in one weekend, tiring, but she was all for it if we were! She was honest with us about everything she saw, even if we loved the house, and didn't want to hear it. But, that's what makes her the best and most honorable with such a huge/important buy. She's knowledgeable in areas that exceed most first time home buyers, which benefited us in ways I could never thank her enough for. I could continue telling everyone how great she is, but this post would never end. 5 stars, 11/10 recommend Sydnee for all your property buying needs/wants. :)

Sydnee did an amazing job helping my husband and I through the process of building our dream home on land we already currently owned. Neither of us had experience with the home buying process and what to expect, but Sydnee helped us every step along the way and answered the many questions we had. She was very responsive and absolutely incredible to work with. She offered advice and made the process much smoother versus if we did it alone. It was such a relief to have someone knowledgeable and trustworthy throughout the whole process!
