We started looking for our first home when we were about to welcome our 3rd baby. We had absolutely no clue on how to buy a house or even begin looking for one. We were the very definition of “first time buyers.” We met with Shelly and made the whole process seem so smooth. We made lists of wants and needs in a home and she helped us through the whole approval and mortgage process too. We never felt alone and she even answered every inquiry we had no matter the time of day. She is a naturally good people person and she let us know we were in control of the buying process on our end. We saw dozens of homes and she was always quick to get us a showing of houses we found online. When we put offers in and we’re unsuccessful in obtaining the contract on the house she reassured us that it was just not the one. Shelly was professional and we would recommend Brown and Westendorf Realty to any of our friends and family. The service they provide is unmatched and we don’t just consider them our realtors but our friends. Matt and Shelly were very knowlegdeable with the entire home buying/purchasing process. If you are selling or buying (we did both for the first time) call them. They walked us through step by step. We never had to wait for replies from either of them. We had quite a ride in our process and they helped in every facet. Since this, they have blessed us, especially during quarantine; little gifts for our son/family.
