Mary is very knowledgeable about the area & has a great network of professionals to tap into. There were a lot of moving parts during this sale & she coordinated everything for me which was incredibly helpful since I was in another state.

When we consulted with Mary Noble the first time our house had been sitting on the market for nearly a year with no offers. From the start Mary was familiar with our property. She was complimentary about our home, rather pointing out all the things wrong with it. She recommended we sell “as is” rather than pouring more money into fixing it up. And, most importantly, she gave us a realistic idea of the actual value of the house. She did not inflate her estimate in order to attract our business and she stuck to her numbers without equivocating. She is highly professional and transparent. She will sell your home.
