Mary Clare made the entire process of buying a home extremely easy, always had my interests in mind, and has a wealth of knowledge to share. There is not a single point in the process she won't hesitate to explain and make sure you are comfortable with. When it comes to negotiation she is detailed in accounting for all facets of a purchasing contract and is in your corner every step of the way. She is awesome and you would be crazy not to do business with her.

Mary was extremely helpful during these covid-19 times. Not only did she help sell our house. She also helped us find a new home that We are more than happy with. She is very knowledgeable, responsive and was quick when we wanted or needed to see properties! The whole process went really smooth from the selling, all the way to buying and closing on the new home. She is awesome and over all great to work with! We Highly recommend!!

Mary Clare was super helpful throughout this whole process from start to finish! This was my first time looking for a house to purchase and she shared so much knowledge about general real estate and she was very supportive. Before I even started a search with her, she spent about an hour just explaining all the legal documents in general that I would be seeing in the next few months. This helped a lot because I knew what to expect and she helped answer any and all of my questions! She always made herself available when I was interested in seeing a house even if it was last minute. She also treated me like a friend by not letting me overpay for a house because she knows the market really well! She even had some design ideas to share. I would highly recommend Mary Clare because of her reliability, expertise, and positive attitude in this crazy market!
