We worked with Delia for over a year because we were very picky and knew what we were looking for. The market in our area is very tight when it came to wanting land and a decent house for a decent price. Delia was very patient and kept in contact and sent us homes she thought we would be interested in. We actually only looked at two homes and put a offer in on the one we wanted and got it quickly. Delia then immediately helped us sell our current house during a very slow time Christmas we sold our house in only weeks. We are in our forever home now and loving the freedom of being land owners. She gave us suggestions of how to improve our property to bring in interested buyers. She kept us up to date when there was interest or declines. If she saw a decline in interested buyers she would talk to us about maybe lowering the price. I would Highly recommend using Bonny Joplin as an agent. I believe she went beyond the call of duty.
