Marty helped me with my home purchase and 4 years later with my home sale. He made the home purchase extremely smooth. When it came time to sell he gave fair and honest advice on home prep and pricing. The end result was an incredibly positive and fast home sale. Listen to Marty’s input as it will make your experience on either end better. Marty walked through my home 1.5 years prior to sale at my request to recommend what improvements would be most important to buyers. This was extremely helpful and when it came to sell, his advice was spot on. You will be very pleased working with Marty and I recommend him with the greatest enthusiasm.

Marty was an incredibly steady hand leading us through the process of first purchasing and then selling the same home years later. We wouldn’t have thought of going with any other realtor or FSBO. Marty gave expert advice to help us prep our home before putting it on the market. He clearly communicated with us the process of buying and selling. He gave us his time on evenings and weekends. He never rushed us. He guided us through the purchase and later the sell every step of the way. We highly recommend Marty.

Totally knows what investors need and puts it out there!!<br/><br/>He understood ltv loan to value and arv after repair value and why we needed to buy this way to make it viable.<br/><br/>He gave us a lot of good solid comps we could rely on which is really the thing that gives us the ability to know whether this will be a real deal or a dud.<br/><br/>Many thanks Marty
