Marshal did an exceptional job with helping my husband and I get through the process of getting our first home. I met him probably in 2019. We weren't really ready to buy and were just looking around. This year (2024), we finally have the fund for one and got back in touch with him. He is very quick at responding back to our questions and concerns about the house and the whole closing process. The only thing I would change is finding my own loan directly through the bank before going through with this. Overall, great outcome working with this guy.

Marshall did a great job overall. I would definitely recommend using him. He knows his stuff. He also got us a great deal on the loan along with guidance through the entire escrow process.we had trouble getting in somewhere with another agent. The first house we put an offer on with Marshall he helped us close on. Thanks again Marshall for all your help.

I live in the San Diego area and was buying a second home in Clovis. I was only available to view properties for a few days. Marshal accommodated my schedule and went above and beyond to make the buying process and escrow happen effortlessly since I was in San Diego. He promptly return calls, scheduled inspections on time, and followed through every detail to ensure escrow closed on time. It was an extreme pleasure working with Marshal and I would recommend him without hesitation
