Marsha Clark saved us. We had started out with another realtor to buy a home and as a first time home buyer it was very confusing as to why they were not very attentive/responsive. So, we decided to look elsewhere and called Marsha based on her outstanding Zillow reviews. From the first conversation, Marsha made us feel like we were in safe hands. She truly has a passion for her job and I feel like she is especially perfect for first time home buyers. Marsha is easy to love and that gave her an edge with sellers & other real estate agents. She is attentive, responsive, and goes out of her way to provide service that you wouldn't have even expected or asked her to do. She has you in mind the whole way. She helped us find a home amidst a pandemic where the entire real estate industry was chaos. Houses flying off the market after only being listed for less than 24 hours and this woman made sure we saw every single one of them either same day or very next day to ensure we got the best shot. We could not have navigated this without her expert advice, encouraging words, and tireless motivation to see us find a new home. It's been just under a month since we've lived in our new home and Marsha has reached out twice to be sure we are happy and enjoying our new place. When I say this woman CARES, I mean it. You couldn't ask for a better agent. I would (and WILL) recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You will not regret working with her!

Marsha was amazing! She answered every question very quickly and was immediate in her actions. If we were to ever look again, or I knew anyone who was looking I will definitely be recommending Marsha.

Marsha Clark is a truly special lady! My family and I recently bought a home with Marsha in Coxs Creek as first-time home buyers. Going in to the process, we had NO CLUE what we were doing. Marsha was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and accessible. There was never a time that we couldn’t get in contact with Marsha - she understood our hectic schedule with our daughter and was very flexible. One thing that specifically impressed me about Marsha was her knowledge about the local market. I’m so glad we had her insight through the process of buying in Nelson County - She has so many local connections that helped us through the process. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to partner with this sweet sweet woman in buying your next home. Marsha Clark is the best in the business.

When we contacted Marsha we had one thing in mind, find us a home! That's exactly what she did for us. After showing us a couple places, she found us the right one. Giving us the history of the house, the neighborhood, and the previous owners care of the house, we felt absolutely comfortable working with her to make our purchase. She worked diligently with us and the seller to make sure the process went as smooth and effectively as possible! Marsha was a fantastic realtor and friend. She has helped me buy and sell two houses at the same time and she was excellent. The best thing about Marsha is she always answered the phone right away or called you back and helped and took care of any question you had. I recommend Marsha to anybody looking to buy or sell a house, you will get the realtor you need to make a move quick and efficient!
