The Mark Slade Homes Team is a real team to work with. I made these people around October 2024, and Mr. Mark and Ms. Mary personally took our purchasing process as if it was their own. They do not get tired of our numerous calls and texts. The whole process took about 10 months to closing. The sellers were so difficult to work with as our purchase depends on their own purchase. Every time their contract is canceled, and they have to start all over to search The Mark Team stay with us waiting. The good and strange thing about this team is that they were actually working for our own benefit not theirs because Mark helped us a couple of times to lower the sale price which is for their own disadvantage as they are being paid a percentage of sale price. Thank you, Team Mark, for satisfying my family needs with our dream house. I will recommend you guys to any person ready to buy.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Cory Marks as our real estate agent for seven months, and we truly could not have done this without him. We cannot praise Mark and his team enough for guiding us through this process to secure our Forever Home. As 1st time home buyers, Mark walked us through every step and took the time to educate us on how we should approach them. Through his contact network we were able to assemble our R.E. team and we couldn't be more pleased with everyone's role in this. He was available to speak with us whenever we had a question [of which there were many] and always could add learned experience to a situation. He got us through our first few rejected offers and I don't think we would've have gotten our final offer accepted if it weren't for his fast thinking and connections within the Realty community. We got connected to him by matching on one of his listings but continued to use him in our search; we've never felt more comfortable in working with someone who understood us, our needs, our wants in a neighborhood in such a short time frame. Whenever and if ever we are on the market again, Mark will be our only call.

Mark has been incredible from start to finish. He continued to go above and beyond for my husband and I during our home buying process. He was informative, patient, and diligent throughout the process and we couldn’t be more thankful for him. Through stressful situations he advocated for us, made himself available, and did much more than expected to ensure we reached closing on time and got the home that we wanted. We would not have been able to do this without him & are forever grateful. Highly recommend Mark and his team!
