We have relocated our family many times and our experience with Lucas Walth was the most positive we have had yet. He took the time to listen and get a clear picture of what we really wanted and needed. Sometimes looking at countless houses can be drudgery but each time we went out with Lucas he would always remain upbeat and professional. He helped us find the prefect house for our family. During negotiations and closing he went above and beyond what we have come to expect in a realtor. He kept us informed during the whole process and made sure everything was taken care of down to the last detail. We highly recommend Lucas Walth for the best possible realty experience!

When my husband and I decided to move to Dickinson, ND we had friends recommend using Lucas Walth for a realtor. They told us he was absolutely amazing, and he truly was! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for real estate in the Dickinson, ND area. He was very professional, honest, kind, considerate and patient with us! He was great about knowing which school your children would most likely be going to and letting us know that there is a bus option for transporting your kids to school. He made sure to give us a list of numbers so we knew who to call to set up utilities, as we are not from Dickinson, so this was very helpful. He is also great about answering any questions or concerns you may have even if it is at 8 p.m! The list just keeps going in a positive direction. I can honestly say we did not have one complaint. So if you are looking for an amazing realtor who will work hard for you use Lucas Walth!!

Lucas is a first class realtor. I told him our wants and needs and he hit it out of the park. He is very knowledgable about what to look for in a great house to start a future for my family. He never tried to get me to settle and brought his insight on stuff I overlooked. My first home purchase was an enjoyable experience because of his professional experience.

This is our first home buying experience, and Lucas has helped tremendously. He showed us what to look for while walking through houses, and explained the entire process thoroughly. He is very honest and you can be sure to get a fair price for your home. He also answered all of our questions in a quick and efficient manner.

Lucas was, and is, as helpful and as pleasant as they come. It was about our best interests. He looked for things that we didn't, in a very pleasant, non pushy, non self interest way. He looked out for our best interests. He is what every real estate agent should be, but most unfortunately aren't. He got 5 stars because he has all of those traits, and more. Should we ever sell and/or buy again, if he is available he will will be our agent.
