Louis did a great job of walking us through the process of buying our home. He was always available to answer any questions we had, and was quick to respond to them. Louis kept communicated with us during each step of the process. We are first time homeowners and Louis did a great job of making the whole process simple and straight forward for us.

We cannot say enough good things about Louie. He represented us when we were both buying and selling, and was beyond amazing in both capacities. We ran into a few glitches along the way due to the uniqueness of the property we were selling, and Louie handled everything flawlessly. He answered our every question patiently and thoroughly and in a timely fashion, and juggled all communication between our buyer and us as well as the seller of the property we bought and us without skipping a beat! Louie's knowledge of Real Estate law and options available to us when we were dealing with a difficult seller was outstanding and ultimately kept us from losing a down payment on a house we ultimately didn't buy. He then moved seamlessly into helping us find the wonderful house we did buy. Louis was great to work with throughout the process. He kept me informed at all times and was easy to reach whenever I had questions. He was very responsive and collaborative, even though I was out of town. He did a wonderful job getting those house sold, even though had quite a number of a-typical attributes that required a very specific kind of buyer. I can recommend him without reservation.
