Marcy was both professional and personable. She was patient and thorough beyond her professional obligation. She searched and worked with our family for a long time to help find the best match for us. She additionally helped set up reliable inspections and professionals in various areas that needed attention. Her knowledge of the area, the market itself and the process for us was such a blessing. We were first time home buyers with a large family. We looked for over a year and a half and it was Marcy herself who found our home for us. She took time to learn what was important to us and helped us secure this property. We are so thankful for this process with Marcy and highly recommend her Realestate knowledge and work ethic.

I'm thrilled that in my search to find a local realtor to list our rental property in Shepherdstown (I'm not from here) I found Marcy Deck. I chose her because of her positive comments and bio. I was very impressed from the first phone call. Marcy is professional, smart and laid back. Her calm demeanor was refreshing in this nutty economy. Marcy is extremely knowledgeable in "all things" real estate to include managing renovations which for us was a huge blessing. Marcy is a great listener and works hard for her clients. We found Heather and Marcy while we were still living several hours away and trying to see houses as our schedules would allow. I can’t say enough about these ladies. We had a very specific must have list that no doubt, made our home journey challenging. We also had a baby in the process and ended up needing to rent for a few months after we moved to the area while we were still searching for our unicorn. Heather searched high and low for us, showed us patience, and compassion. Heather was personable, professional and prompt but the thing that separates Heather from the rest, she genuinely wanted the best for us. It wasn’t about selling us a home, it was about helping us make our home dreams come true, even if it meant sticking with us for 8 months and walking away from several “could have beens” because in the long run, they wouldn’t have served us well. Marcy is a wealth of knowledge and a force you definitely want on your side. She too, is prompt, professional, and just an incredible resource all around. This team is 12 out of 10.
