I am an active real estate broker in Hawaii. I have over 35 years experience and I have trained hundreds of agents over the years. Working with Liz was a pleasure. The first two agents I contacted did not even respond in a timely manner to my emails even though I explained that this was going to be a "must sell" situation. Liz was the 3rd agent I contacted and responded immediately and professionally. Since I live in Hawaii, she handled every aspect of readying my property for sale as a courtesy. The Covid hit and she still hung in there. We closed June 4th and I couldn't be happier. In my professional opinion, Liz is at the top of her profession in all aspects. I highly recommend her to anyone that wants to buy or sell on the Central Coast.

Liz has the magic to access the property, come up with the right price and find a great buyer. This property had a great location but no water rights yet so we needed a buyer willing to work to get that. Liz researched it and worked with the buyer to solve this.
