Lisa is an incredible professional whom exemplifies the meaning of trusted advisor. We found ourselves jumping into a red-hot market with brokers stretched thin. We were lucky enough to have found Lisa and she was what I can only describe as truly heroic in her efforts to find us the right home at the right time. My wife and I had the privilege to work with Lisa Perry Smith. This is lady is the best agents in the Poconos. I've had my fair share with agents. Lisa Perry Smith goes above and beyond day and night never stops contacts you whenever you have a question. We had the privilege of purchasing a house in Hemlock farms with Lisa Perry Smith help. Besides lisa being an outstanding agent she's also someone that gives back a lot to the community. Speaks highly of the community someone like Lisa is who you need when you want to purchase a house or sell your house.There was times that we would call Lisa 2 hours ahead of time and she stopped what she was doing and said absolutely I will meet you at the listing. She gave up a lot of her son's senior year of football to show us a lot of listings. DEDICATION TO HER CAREER. Now I'd like to speak briefly about her staff in the office very professional. Hard-working also. The day of closing they had a beautiful sketch that was done of our home sketched by John relative and also they asked us what name would like for the outside of our house. It was refreshing to find a broker who actually cares for you and your needs than the bottom line of money. Lisa has provided me with exceptional help in not only brokering my home but also with dealing with bank finances as well. It is very stressful to negotiate all that it entails to successfully sell your home and Lisa was always there to ease my mind and nerves. She always returned phone calls, made inquiries that had nothing to do with her job and never got frustrated with all the questions I bombarded her with. She kept me updated with any developments on the property. I am so grateful that I found Lisa and would recommend her without hesitation.

We highly recommend Lisa. We contacted her with a wish list of lots we were interested in and a time line to boot and she didn’t bat an eye. Gave professional advice and service and answered questions we didn’t know to ask. Spent two jam packed days and never thought a minute wasted.
