Lindsey is truly exceptional. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data they had about the neighborhood and Lubbock market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with her since I was set on selling and I’m so thankful I did. I had a short timeline to decide who would represent me, I just had a week in between Jobs with very short notice in that week I interviewed six real estate agents. At the end of the day, I made the best decision. Lindsey was above and beyond my expectations with her assertiveness. She told me the market price and the timeline, which was shorter by two months than all the other agents' forecasts. She will work with you to make your desires a reality. Linsey and her team were always available for me. Their responsiveness was incredible. If they didn’t pick up, they always call back immediately later. They treat the situation like they were the owner of the property – they look out for me and my best interests. Gave me hints on how to stage the house, The house was only nine days in the market, and I accepted the first offer which was as predicted by her. There were no worries or regrets. Our agent Tiffany Soto was amazing!! She was great to work with and responded timely to our many questions. Tiffany actually found us the home we ended up purchasing before it went on the market. Cynthia Baraibar is so sweet and knowledgeable in her profession as a realtor. Being an older widow without knowing the ins and out of all the procedures that you have to go through her guidance was unmeasurable. She was so patient and very helpful in listen to my wants and needs. Cynthia will go a long ways in her career.

It was bad enough that the market was crazy, but we also had a small window to find our next home but Cynthia was knowledgeable and aggressive in what it would take to get that done. She even went on FaceTime showings for us while we were on a business trip. When we finally went under contract, she and Kaylee made sure the details were covered all while saving us time and money.
