Patti and Linda are the best. The have assisted us 4 times in buying and selling. They are very knowledgeable of the area and responsive to all of our questions, needs and concerns. They work as a team so if one isn't available, the other is there to take over. We highly recommend them for all your real estate needs!

I write this with so much appreciation and gratitude to Linda Pitzer and Patty Rosenberg, agents of Long Realty “The Power of Two”. My husband and I are both retired living in Hawaii and was wanting to purchase a second home in the Sun City, Arizona area. After reading reviews on the internet, I placed a call to the “The Power of Two” real estate agency. Linda answered my call and immediately knew I was in good hands. She proceeded to take the time to tell me all about the Sun City area and what the area had to offer. After a very short time, they were able to find a condo that fit our needs perfectly. This agency cares about their buyers and sellers. They both are honest, caring and compassionate agents. Linda represented us and was all about making sure we had our needs met in every way. To take this one step further, Linda helped with making sure my first week of moving in to our condo was as comfortable as possible. She personally helped me furnish our condo with the essentials we needed until we are able to furnish ourselves. Mahalo to Linda and Patty for their above and beyond expertise and kindness!! When I needed a real estate agent in Sun City West, AZ, I was concerned because I was out of state and 84 years old. When I searched the internet, I was very impressed with the timely and professional response from PATTY ROSEBERY and LINDA PITZER (The Power of Two at Long Realty). We had email contact until I was able to meet them at my Arizona home. I am a retired attorney, and I am very careful of my business choices. ROSEBERY AND PITZER came extremely well prepared with verbal and written information to the excess. But the best information I got, was how intelligent, energetic, and personable the two women were. I hired them on the spot! This home sale was not the usual real estate transaction. There were multiple problems with Joint ownership. ROSEBERY and PITZER handled every situation with their above listed attributes and plenty of patience and research skills. They also handled the many needs of home sales, and I did not have to do anything except deny or agree. There was no need to deny any of their decisions as the women handled everything so well, including sending some of my items to charities. ROSEBERY and PITZER were also so knowledgeable about home sales on a daily basis, and realistically advised (but never dictated) me on pricing et cetera. I don’t remember a day we were not on the phone, and I always felt I was part of a team effort, and that ROSEBERY and PITZER “had by back” In legal lingo, I swear under oath, that the above is absolutely true. I am available for phone contact if any future buyer or seller wants it. My experience with Linda Pitzerand The Power of Two was supportive and stellar. I felt very intuitive about connecting Linda after my step-father passed and I needed to sell his home. This was also my first time selling a house and Linda was extremely communicative about all of my questions. She and her partner were straight forward, honest and kind. I felt as if I could relax and deal with all of the other estate needs and very luckily the house sold almost immediately! Linda demonstrated excellent expertise and knew exactly what she was doing. If I were to ever have property in Arizona I would absolutely work with Linda Pitzer again.

We are so grateful to all Linda Pitzer did for us! We bought our home from the state of Washington and never got to see it in person. She was so nice to let our son come with her to preview the house and put us at ease. We have had 30 plus homes in our marriage but never had a better experience.We will always recommend Linda to anyone who has a need for expert real estate needs. Thanks again Linda!
